Besta Med uses the services of other companies in order to provide and maintain its services. This includes services such as cloud data storage, email, archiving and support, etc. Besta Med uses only trusted partners who share our values and our commitment to your privacy. We will provide on our website a list of these partners within the period for the entry into force of the current changes to the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which is 25 May 2018.
For some of its services, Besta Med uses trusted partners who may transfer and process users’ data in countries outside the European Union. In this regard, Besta Med ensures that any user information is transferred in accordance with the applicable legislation and in the most secure possible way. If you wish to register as a medical specialist, we will also ask you for your UIN, medical specialty, the locality where you practise and your professional title.
In order to confirm your registration as a medical specialist or as an expert working in a company, organization or institution in the healthcare sector, we will need an additional document or information. This will allow us to provide you with better opportunities to work on the platform, such as creating pages, content, etc.
Providing other personal information in your profile is entirely at your discretion. If you wish, you may complete your profile with details such as:

Place of work
Education
Interests
Professional medical publications
Link to a web page
Memberships in organizations
Professional experience
Position/title
Languages
Geolocation
Date and month of birth
Gender
The content of the DEBOL website is accessible to every internet user and access is not dependent on any consent for the processing of personal data. If you decide not to provide the minimum necessary data for registration, you will not be able to create a profile, but you will be able to access the platform and use some of our services.
Besta Med stores your personal data for the period during which you decide to use your user profile or until you decide to withdraw your consent partially or fully. If you decide to delete your user profile or part of your information, it may take up to 1 month for all your information to be deleted from our systems. For legal reasons, we must retain data regarding your consent to our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and your consent to the use of your data for marketing purposes for a longer period.

These notifications contain marketing and/or advertising content, but you may block senders if you do not wish to receive them. - To receive invitations to events, questionnaires and other activities carefully selected for you based on your interests at the email address provided by you. 4. Besta Med protects your information
